Business Email Information

We utilize a combination of internal business rules, industry best practices, and external service providers to build and clean the business email databases.

 

• Our business email database is comprised of permission-based, verified email addresses compiled from public sources, such as telephone interviews and user-submitted information.

• All records go through a complete postal address standardization process.

• Data Axle maintains an internal suppression file comprised of previous deployment results to scrub the email database of known hard bounces as well as those who have filed complaints or opted out.

• IP addresses are run through a validation process to confirm the IP address is legitimate and routable.

• All email addresses are process through a system which validates the deliverability of the email record.  This verification process does not require an actual email to be sent.
